WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If your product is damaged in transit please contact us within 3 business days of receiving said product. Images of damages will be required to send via email. We can then determine best remedy or new shipment.
If you wish to return product for any other reason, the item will be required to be returned via post, we do not accept responsibility of shipping payment of a returned item, however feel free to reach contact us with your issue and reason for return so we can process refunds/credit.
HOW LONG SHOULD MY ORDEE TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Australian orders - 3 - 14 business days. Envelope sized items are shipped without tracking numbers but usually arrive within a week. Larger items usually have a tracking number.
International order - Approx. 2 - 6 weeks. Small packages have been known to arrive from 7 days, however larger items (prints boxes and tubes) can get stuck in customs for a few weeks before being assigned to your national shipping company. Tracking numbers are usually available for these orders.
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM?
All order are shipped from our location in Brisbane, Australia.
WHY MY SHIPPING IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE PRODUCT?
If you are finding your shipping is expensive, it is mostly likely for international orders I do apologise. These prices are given from the post office and I don't have an alternative at this time.
US minimums shipping is $21AUD (pins and small prints)
EU minimums shipping is $26.50 AUD (pins and small prints)
WHY CAN I ONLY SELECT A4 PRINT THERE IS NO A3 OPTION?
This is on artworks that were only ever created in an A4 size. The option is only available simply because blowing them up bigger would lose quality of resolution.
UK SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE?
The UK have introduces new VAT laws as of 2020. This is and extra 20% tax on everything going into the country. The site doesn't yet have an option for adding these costs on checkout so UK shipping is unavailable until further notice.
